RETURN / REFUND POLICY

You are strongly encouraged to relist the textbook on our website if you no longer need it. IS THERE A SPACE ON THE WEBSITE FOR THIS TO BE DONE?

In the event that you wish to return the purchased textbook/(s), please make sure the book/(s) is in its original, mint condition without any changes to its appearance, along with the original invoice, within ten (10) days?

You will be responsible for the initial delivery, collecting the book, and returning it to us if you live in a regional area. The cost might be more if it has to be delivered to a remote area.  We will notify you once we have received the package. You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if you choose to exchange or replace the textbook. Courier fees as explained above will be applicable.

Please contact us at 0878022442 within 48 hours of receiving the book if it is not what you ordered to qualify for the above.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all books purchased are appropriate for the course registered since DLonra cannot be held responsible if books are purchased in error. Prescribed book requirements are usually available on the colleges’ official websites??
